2. Training. It’s not that easy to join a strong currency market trading company. The foreign exchange markets trader will be investing the common money and therefore corresponding level of training and primary knowledge is required. Often currency forex online trading companies would offer theoretical and practical education to their new colleagues (training trade). The forex market trading training duration is from four weeks. The training costs from 3 000 to 5 000 USD. After a several weeks’ foreign currency trade training the development program is not over. The trader will be assisting specialists with more practice or will be supervised by a more experienced colleague. Normally the newcomer cooperates with two or even three traders who have different trading strategies, styles, operate on different markets. The aim is to give the impression of different styles and to help the newcomer find their own way, style and strategy. On a later stage it does not mean that the newcomer will be just watching the colleagues trade. They will be trading on their own, under strong supervision and receiving the own income. Sometimes the newcomer’s profit is reserved and is used for yearly tax paying. After two years’ on-hand training a trader may often start earning 6 digit profits and more. At this stage the trader is free to leave and start independent trading or is invited to join the company as a trader no needing supervision.
