9: set goals

Having learned how to manage the negative thoughts, Bill is setting the long-term goals to enlarge his turnover up to 30%.

10: create the mission

The short-term and the long-term goals you set should correspond to your life and trade mission. Tharp in his Financial Freedom through Electronic Day Trading says "goals are the bridges from your mission to daily operations.

A well-thought mission is a compilation of your aim, business and values. It’s advised first to create your own mission, that will reflect your values and vision.

Your mission could be:

Enjoy the life while contributing to the society. That includes keeping in touch with the family, the friends and returning what I owe this world by educating others.
