Experienced politicians, managers and actors have something in common – they all are good at “reading the audience” – i.e., feeling the emotions of the crowd and separate individuals. The ability to watch the emotions of the other people is an essential skill of those doing forex broker trading. You will probably not find it in any forex trading tutorial. In the first case Bill earned due to his ability of watching the emotions of other traders. The ability to read the emotions of other people is the skill requiring practice for some of the traders. You may practice this skill everywhere. For example, you may watch people in the train, in a restaurant or a party. Pay attention to the mimics, body language (posture, gestures) and tone of the voice.

Some people may say something (I’m feeling superb) while their body is showing right the opposite by avoiding eye contact or uneasy posture.

If you are trading alone, you may watch the emotions during the trading day on the CNBC or Bloomberg and pay attention to the behavior of the guests, stock operations room or journalists. Their behavior may sometimes reflect how the “crowd sees the market”.
